I started Chloe Ting's 28-Day Flat Tummy Challenge yesterday and it's been great so far.

I'm a little confused about protocol, though.

Should I just take my bikini before & after photos just on the first and last day of the 28 days or should I do bikini photos and post to Instagram every few days or so?

So I've been having shoulder issues for months and finally figured out what it is. My right shoulder is way out of alignment, and in fact much smaller aesthetically than my left. This despite the fact I'm right handed. I can only conclude that ten years of boxing – with constant jabbing from my left – actually made my left shoulder much healthier and more aesthetic but my right shoulder, which left my right side under-developed. It really sucks that this is never addressed in martial arts training.
If you fap harder with your right it'll even itself out over time
