Thanks for the great write-up OP! Will go through it in detail later.

I've started taking 25mg of Zinc 30-60 minutes before bedtime and have noticed that really helps with boners (and therefore also testosterone?)

I just ran across another brand of ZMA from Nugenix which has a tribulus supplement in it. I'm gonna try this over the standard Gnc brand this month.

Also. For Enhanced sex performance and libido, I HIGHLY recommend eating RAW OYSTERS. As long as you don't get sick. Eat copious amounts of these and you will feel like a teenager.
