Nothing better than pulling out out a chick in missionary position and blasting far enough to hit their face. Even girls that dont like facials are impressed.

I started taking it when my second and third loads were less full.  It happens when you get close to 50.

I take the following:

-fish oil, I look for good brands with a high concentration of EPA/DHA. Currently taking the brand AllMax but gonna try others.

I am convinced of the positive effect of Fish oil, a few months ago I had some trouble breathin in, as if something was blocking my chest next to my heart, after a few weeks on fish oil the problem disappeared.

- L-arginine: not regularly but when I have a girl coming over, I am 41 and need some stimulant. L Arginine helps with the blood flow but don’t take too much as it can be harmful over a certain quantity.

- Collagen (from grassfed beef): if you have joints injuries you’ll notice collagen helps a lot.
I take the powder from the brand Great lakes. One of the best on the market.

- I often take horny goat weed or tribulus: it helps for second rounds with girls.

- I also recently started taking Zinc (25 mg/ day), not sure yet about the results.

- I tried 5 HTP and melatonin to sleep but it didn’t help, actually melatonin made me make nightmares so I stopped.

- Will try pumpkin seeds: I rawdogged a bunch of girls in my young years because the quality of condoms was shit back then, as a result I catched the chlamydiae a few times and I need to take care of my prostate. The flow of my piss isnt strong and I’m quite sure it has to do with my prostate....yep the prostate, that organ you realize you have when you get over 35 yo Smile

- I try to drink a lot of water and if I get a cold I avoid medicine, mother nature has all the remedies so I drink some ginger tea with lemon.

- planning to try intermittent fasting and full days fasting, apparently it has magical benefits, Georges St Pierre swears by it.

Edit: if you lead a healthy life, sleep well, exercise and have a healthy diet with no stress in your daily life you probably won’t need any of these supplements except maybe fish oil.

I’ve been taking melatonin lately, I feel drowsy as fuck about 45 minutes after taking it and have had some crazy dreams.

Make sure you buy a decent brand, I’ve bought some brands before that don’t seem to do anything.

I take two 3mg capsules.

It fucks with your T.
It can be helpful, but the side affects are numerous. Like weight gain, feeling like shit, depression. It's a hormone that disrupts hormones. Some studies say it has more of a role than just sleep. I've been taking it for years. It's super tricky to get the right dosage. I find it also makes me get up and piss multiple times at night.

If you go to sleep at a normal time, that's when it's worse actually. Your regular melatonin cycle is disrupted by more melatonin. I awake too early if I take it at my normal bedtime.
If you go to sleep late at night, it's more useful in those situations. Like, if I'm out drinking, taking melatonin at 2am is not a big deal. It might help actually.

I have become more hesitant over time at taking it.

I take Animal Pak. It's the most complete single multivitamin there is, basically. Been around for 3 decades.
I do the mixable powder instead of the pills. I take half the recommended dose daily because I'm not a big guy.
I do pretty good with it. I occasionally don't take it to make up for too many vitamins. Since I'm on carnivore, I'm wary of the B vitamins -- it has a lot. So I occasionally skip a dose. It has a good effect on your energy and workout performance if you take it close to workouts.

I also take 5000ui of Vitamin D.
Almost noone gets enough D. Animal only has a little bit so this on top of that isn't a big deal. D vitamins also help with sleep, by the way.

Biggest risk of Animal Pak is too many B vitamins. I try to throttle it and take it maybe 5 days per week at a half dose to mitigate that. When I did two scoops, I broke out in pimples, which isn't normal for me (this was on Carnivore diet where I was consuming lots of red meat).

I like ZMA, but Magnesium is tricky, it can sometimes keep you awake at night like melatonin if you have too much. I typically take 2/3rds of the recommended dose since I'm not a big guy. I have pretty awesome dreams on ZMA, but it has kind of neutral effect over time. Not a panacea for anything.

Best multi-vitamin is beef liver. It fullfills a lot of vitamins you don't get through the normal cuts of meat you eat. Definitely a huge difference after eating it. It could easily replace Animal Stak if I was inclined to eat it all the time. Beef liver is cheap, even grassfed is like 3-4 bucks a lbs.

I'm going to try Animal Pak, I like that it comes in a powder because I really hate taking pills, especially some of the huge multi vitamins.

You should definitely choose powder. I have Animal Pak in tabs version now, and... they are quite big indeed. 11 tabs in a pack (some are small though).

Generally, I developed quite anti-supplements stance as of late. Given your diet and lifestyle is solid, I don't think you need much. But, there are some with undeniable benefits (imho):

Omega-3
Creatine (I go with 'loading' approach)
Vit. D3 (if you don't get enough sun exposure -- and most people don't)
Vit. C (helped me numerous times when I felt slightly sick)

Haven't tried lecithine, but as far as loads go, imho nothing comes close to HCG (porn stars shoot 5000 IU in one blast according to the interview with an endocrinologist I watched).

Ashwagandha -- helped me and a few other friends with sleeping on Tren. Have noticed no benefits in a different scenario though.
Saw Palmetto -- can be a good add (prostate benefits are quite clear, as for hairloss most people notice shit)

Sex God Stack: 'Caffeine 150mg + Sildenafil 30mg + Tadalafil 10mg + Norwaline 80mg + Glucose' -- there was a product from Russian UG lab around here having all this. Haven't used it myself, but heard multiple reports of how fucking great this combination is.

For liver protection and support: NAC and TUDCA. For those with a fucked up liver, I saw Hepa-Merz 'fixing' people very quickly (a Rx drug though).

I tried one of those "Super greens" type powder today, I mixed one serving with a glass of water. It was the first time I've ever tried it, I took a sip and almost puked, it may be good for you but I think it will be impossible for me to drink it.

I recall reading that the efficacy of melatonin tops out at .3mg.

So all the supplements I'm seeing are massively overdosed. 6mg at the pharmacy near me. Even if I cut that into quarters, its too much.

Boron
Increases Testosterone over 30%. Tried it and I can feel a energy boost.

MSM
Energy Boost, vivid dreams and supposed to be good for joints and collagen. Makes Hair and nails grow a lot faster.

Gotta second the creatine and Omega-3 recommendations..these have the most evidence by far.

The rest is more variable. Vitamin D3 during the winter if you live in a low sun area.

Regarding melatonin, I'd totally recommend as a short term aid to get you sleep schedule on track. A couple days taking 0.25 mg (yes thats really enough), 2 hours before desired sleep time will help reset your body clock if you screwed it up by travel, partying, or late night work sessions. Long term it can lower testosterone and has uncertain(perhaps negative) effects on mood, so keep its use short for a specific purpose.

For a cognitive booster I'd like to recommend nicotine- but never via tobacco or vaping.

Nicotine has the best evidence for boosting cognitive abilities in healthy individuals and certainly helps in sleep-deprived, tired, anxious, or otherwise mildly to moderately impaired states.

Lozenges are good, so are gums.
Taking it steadily for a few weeks has shown anti-depressant benefits (https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/20...225448.htm).

Source for this?  I am not aware that melatonin has any harmful side effects for men.

If anything, it can help stimulate GH

Excellent post el_hefe!

After doing some digging it seems the claim that it lowers T was based on animal studies and stuff. Human men don't show changes in T when taking melatonin.

But, it can make you sleepy the next day if you take too much. Also, it can raise prolactin levels. There is still a lot we don't know about how melatonin works and if it helps.

I'll be taking it more often. Works great if you can't fall asleep.

Optimal dose is between 0.3 and 1 mg

I used to take heaps of supplements and basically treated my body like a lab experiment, nowadays I adopt a 'less is more' approach and try to nourish myself with good foods.

What I'm taking now:

Fish oil - has been a consistent part of my stack since I was 20. I'm convinced this stuff is magic. Daily.
Vitamin D - I always notice a drop in mood around winter time if I don't take this. I've done low dose, megadose and everything in between, right now I just take 4-5000IU every other day.
Zinc - I've heard taking it long term isn't a good idea but I can't find much to back this up. Definitely one I need to research more. I take it most mornings.

This thread has me curious about collagen, thanks lads.

What I don't use anymore:
Tribulus - boners and energy for one day, then made me weepy as fuck. I legitimately felt like blubbering. It was weird and I didn't like it.
Melatonin - used to take it to help me sleep when I was training BJJ at night. Worked well for that, but it makes me moody the next day. A good sleep routine is much more valuable.
Maca - the health benefits weren't obvious to me, and the energy boost only lasted a couple of days. Definitely a strong aphrodisiac though. Titanium boners. It was so intense I had to jack off at work.
Phenibut - this is just a drug, not a nootropic at all. Lots of fun but this is one I would advice nobody ever take.
L-Theanine - gave me brain fog, even with caffeine.

My diet is more important to me than taking a bunch of pills every day.
I eat fish 1-2 times a week, a little red meat but mostly white. I eat heaps of green broccoli, celery, cucumber and spinach. I eat almonds every day, pumpkin seeds are going back in rotation after reading this thread. Not gonna say no to the odd treat but I like to keep these as staples.

What we drink is just as important. I'm a real fanatic about liquids for some reason, I freak out when I see someone drinking a coke.

I replaced coffee with organic green tea. I didn't know why I was getting anxiety until I stopped drinking coffee. Now I have a few teas in the morning and no caffeine past 12, I sleep like a baby and my bowels are finally able to relax.

Got a Serbian mate who told me about his grandmother's cold remedy - dice a heap of ginger, boil the fuck out of it and drink the tea. This is good all year round. There's no wisdom like old country wisdom.

Saving the best for last - aside from these teas and the occasional beer I basically drink nothing but water. Two large glasses of water first thing in the morning and I'm constantly sipping throughout the day, in the afternoon I usually add a lemon slice and drink it hot.

"Phenibut - this is just a drug, not a nootropic at all. Lots of fun but this is one I would advice nobody ever take."

Just ordered some LOL, should arrive today.

I'm currently trying out a combo of Ashwaganda and L-theanine as well for increased concentration. It seems to work, I think the former more than the latter, but I do feel more tired at the end of the day, so it is good for a short period and afterward your body has to compensate.

@Wintermute: did the maca give you instant same day horniness or only when used over a longer term?

Hahahaha, enjoy. Phenibut turns your old fella into a jackhammer. The reason I advise against it is that all reports indicate it's absolutely hellish to stop using if you use it regularly. I definitely believe that based on my own experiences with it.

What I remember about maca was that it hit me pretty much right away, maybe a couple of hours after I took it. Definitely same day.

Phenibut is similar to benzodiazapines in it's mechanism of action. Strong gaba antagonist. Strongly recommend to avoid dependency and addiction, gaba drugs can kill you with withdrawals. If you want to see research on it look at benzo dependency studies, it gets very ugly and phenibut is similar.

Phenibut is a good bit of fun though. Just don't dose more than a few times a week and take breaks.

One of my boys got hooked on clonazepam, the withdrawals are some real shit. Not something I would wish on anyone.

Mix it into a whey shake and you won't notice it. I do mine with whey, greens, and a handful of frozen fruit.

I read a book about the blue zones, little pockets of the world with proportionately high numbers of centenarians in them.

Whether I live to 100 or not is of no real concern to me, but one thing I am 100% committed to is being healthy and active until I depart this mortal coil.

Now apparently a lot of folks in these blue zones use turmeric in their cooking, and I've been reading about how awesome it is for you. I'm not a huge fan of curries so I've been wondering about how to include it in my diet. The result is the following longevity elixir:

Take a hunk of ginger, I use a piece about as big as my thumb but whatever suits you. Dice it into tiny pieces, set some water to boil and throw it in. Once boiling, reduce the heat a bit and let it sit there.
Add one lemon slice to the boiling ginger water.
Take your favourite mug, throw in a spoonful of turmeric.
The most important step is this one - crack some pepper into the mug. You need to add pepper to activate the goodness of the turmeric.

Boil the water for like 10 minutes, then pour it all into your mug. Strain the ginger out but keep the lemon slice. Give it a stir so the turmeric and pepper mixes into the water.

The result is delicious. I got done working out, had a quick snack and fixed myself one of these. Got a bit of a spring in my step and a very clear head.
