My stack

-ZMA
Improves test and sleep

-L-arginine
Supposed to be good for blood flow but I don't feel much from it. Supposed to increase load volume too

-vit D (i live in the PNW)
Invaluable if you live in the PNW or somewhere without much sun during the winter. Vitamin D is essential for hormone production and a lot other stuff

-Cordyceps (nootropic mushroom good for bloodflow)
Just started supplementing with this, I can feel a slight increase in energy and quality of sleep.

-piracetam
Makes your brain more smarter so you can think less dumber with big brain power

-choline
Racetams like piracetam will give you nasty headaches if you don't supplement with choline, and I don't eat enough eggs. Also loads

-lecithin
LOADS SON


Can confirm lecithin and choline supplements increase load volume. I regularly shoot pretty stupid ropes. Recently got laid by sending a jerk off vid to girl where i finished with rope city.

Recently I've taken wellpath Zen.

For me its possibly the best ZMA possible. I took it as a way to experiment with better sleep and not only did I get way better sleep but

1. I have been way more motivated, and it has been easier for me to focus.
2. I mentioned sleep already but the depths of my sleep have been mindblowing, Each night on this resulted in those powerful deep sleeps.
3. Recovery (besides my back) has been A1, This is my firts week back in the gym after 3 months and I feel amazing (no pains, and I feel the gains)
4. and my favorite thing about this is the libido boost. I am sadly horny all the time now, and its not the typical i want sex all the time horny no its the high school everything even slightly sexual can turn me on. A girl at my gym simply had a little of her back exposed and it drove me crazy. I love that feeling but it could be overwhelming for some


Definitely on my must-buy again list, The only supplement that has been more noticeable was Lecithin

I looked up that wellpath Zen, it has a lot of other ingredients like Ashwaganda, L-Theanine, Rhodiola Rosea etc. Basically and anti stress formula it seems. Plenty of B vitamins as well. Looks interesting and the same for Lecithin, which I didn't hear much from before, but several have mentioned it now. I will give it a try for sure.

If anyone else has experience with Wellpath, would like to hear about it. Their website looks good and seems they do their research.

I've taken those alone and didn't feel much, In fact L-Theanine by it's self gives me anxiety and depression. This seems like the golden stack for me atleast.

Another thing I've been experimenting with is DHT, I don't know much about it so I won't suggest it but When I do take it I feel great.


I came across Lechitin due to the Sex God Stack. I have a sex God stack that might be too potent for some as it can cause orgasms to be too strong and libido to go through the roof. It's not a one day stack either it has to be done for a week. Its below if interested.


Zinc 50mg
Magnesium 50mg
Lechintin Can't remember the exact dosage but I pretty much doubled the recommended dose
Vitamin D 1000Ui (500 did NOTHING for me but I felt slightly better with 1000)
L-arginine and L citrulline (man the erections)
Combined with Beet Juice
Celery, Macadamian nuts, Pumpkin seeds, (not supplements but I did snack on these)
Saw palmetto and pygeum (excellent combination)

I ran a mile every day, lifted heavy every day, ate 4 eggs every day, got in my fish oils and multivitamins, and didn't ejaculate for the week.

Had sex that sunday and literally passed out from the release. It was an out of body experience, that felt amazing but it was too much (yes im weak) sadly I didn't want to have sex for a whole week after that. I felt drained and weak. Im sure my kids would be spartans if she had gotten pregnant by that

Fortunately, she lived. She was very upset with the mess I made, cleaned it up and fell asleep beside me.

I'm tempted to buy that sleep supplement. I've tried a fair amount of proprietary blends as well as natural herbs. None of them were effective. My sleep schedule is fucked up at the moment.

If I get a GF or can somehow sneak those supplements to Latin America or SEA I'll consider using them.

I love it personally, I've been experimenting with the Well path Mind supplements and so far they're not all that great. Haven't noticed any positive benefits besides increased motivation but even then its just motivation not the focus to work like the other supplement brought

Not a supplement, but a tool for the medicine cabinet you won't learn about from your doctor.

You can take MSM powder, which is similar to DMSO (organic sulphur). I have been experimenting with it for joint pains and it seems to be having some effect, but hasn't completely cured my problem knee.

I bit the bullet and bought Zen Wellpath. I have mixed results and will repeat again this is a unregulated industry. I've even mixed it with a sleeping aid and here I am typing this on 3 hours of sleep.

The company has a free bonus offer but given how I don't like the product I'll pass on that.

+1 on lecithin for impressive loads. I am already a heavy shooter to begin with and when on lecithin my moneyshot becomes godlike. I've captured it on video a few times and the girls reaction is always priceless!

Question for the community here...what is the opinion of soy versus sunflower lecithin? I've always taken soy but stumbled upon the sunflower derivative on amazon. I realize that the negative stigma attached to soy has been debunked in recent years, but I'm debating trying the other to check it out.

Still trying out new stuff. Most of it no discernable difference, but the hope never dies haha. I think that zinc indeed is the only one I can say worked for sure. No colds almost anymore since I take it. Also tried out a lot of stuff that supposed to help against hangover. NAC has the best rep, but it is no miracle drug either, still I reordered it. Also tried Dihydromyrectin, quite expensive, didnt help much

I'll have to try lecithin. I'm one of the lucky few that hasnt experienced reduced loads on trt.

Nothing better than pulling out out a chick in missionary position and blasting far enough to hit their face. Even girls that dont like facials are impressed.

I just spent 28 dollars and 2 weeks supply of beet juice. I think I'll just buy a juicer and get to canning some of it

There is something better.  When they want to swallow, and you see the surprised look on their face when they realize it will be more than one gulp.

I had one girl go from seductively confident to surprised to concerned to relieved in the space of about 5 secods.  If you add some pineapple or pineapple juice to your morning smoothie, and maybe even some mint leaf, you will get compliments on the quality of your loads in addition to quantity.

Supplements that work for me

lecithin - bigger loads
l-theanine - deeper sleep, better concentration
saw palmetto - slight benefit if you have an enlarged prostate
maca - makes me randy
psyllium husk - makes me regular; is also a prebiotic; i use this instead of flax seed because flaxseed gave me incredible insestinal bloating/pain once, and because it may promote estrogen
tumeric with pepperin - relieves chronic and sporadic inflammation.

When I juice vegetables, organic celery really puts lead in my pencil.  But if I use more than half a bag, I sometimes get headaches.

I started taking it when my second and third loads were less full.  It happens when you get close to 50.
